-
What health & safety protocols do you practice? The treatment room is equipped with a HEPA filter and fans. The space is thoroughly sanitized between clients, and I allow ample spacing between sessions to air out the room.
-
Do I need to undress completely? You do not. To receive the full benefits of the massage it's important for you to completely relax your body and mind. If you are new to massage, leaving on your underwear may be more comfortable for you. Unless you are getting an Abhyanga massage, leaving on your underwear will not pose a problem. There are a myriad of techniques I can use over the sheet to address the hips and glutes.

Should I tell you if something hurts?Absolutely. If at any time you are feeling uncomfortable for any reason, please let me know. Your comfort is my number one priority. Moreover, accurate feedback helps me best determine the most effective treatment.

How often should I get a massage? This is different for everyone, and it depends on a number of factors. However, what is important is finding a rhythm and timing that works with your schedule and your needs. If you make massage part of your self-care priorities, you will find that the benefits are cumulative. You will notice greater over-all improvement with consistent and regular sessions.
